1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Decoded Trading trade replication platform ("Decoded", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Decoded provides a self-hosted or cloud-managed trade mirroring and replication application. The Service allows you to duplicate and scale your trades in real-time from a master exchange account to one or more follower exchange accounts or subaccounts. Decoded does not offer financial advice, trade signaling, or custody of your funds.
3. API Keys & Account Security
To replicate trades, you must provide API credentials for your exchange accounts. You are solely responsible for:
- Configuring API key permissions correctly (restricting to Trade access and disabling Withdrawal permissions).
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
- All trading activity, order executions, and financial consequences occurring under your API keys.
4. Risk & Execution Disclaimer
WARNING: Trading cryptocurrency and derivative products involves substantial risk. You acknowledge that trade replication introduces specific execution risks:
• Latency Drift: Due to network delays and exchange API responsiveness, duplicated trades may execute at different prices (slippage) or fail completely.
• Position Desync: Followers or subaccounts may diverge from the master account due to rate limits, lack of margin, or liquidation. It is your responsibility to monitor positions.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. You trade entirely at your own risk. The developer, Stefan Balvanovich, assumes absolutely zero liability or responsibility for your trading decisions, replication errors, or financial losses.
5. Fees and Payments
Fees for using the Service are described in our Pricing section. By selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the stated subscription fees. Fees are billed on a recurring basis, are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECODED, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND STEFAN BALVANOVICH INDIVIDUALLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF TRADING CAPITAL, DATA LOSS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR USE OF THE TRADE REPLICATION ENGINE. YOU EXPLICITLY AND FULLY ABSOLVE THE DEVELOPERS AND STEFAN BALVANOVICH OF ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONS, NETWORK LATENCIES, EXCHANGE RATE LIMITS, API ERRORS, OR REPLICATION DESYNCS.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, for any violation of these Terms, or if required to maintain the stability or security of our infrastructure.
